This includes your name, email address, company name, phone number, and any other information you choose to provide. We also collect information automatically when you use TradeNest, including log data, device information, and cookies.

We use the information we collect to operate and improve TradeNest, process transactions, send you notifications about inquiries and platform updates, verify seller identities, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Information Sharing
We share your information with other users only as necessary to facilitate trade — for example, sharing your business name and contact details when you respond to an inquiry. We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating the platform, such as payment processors (Stripe) and email services (Resend). We will disclose information if required by law.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Supabase (PostgreSQL) and protected using industry-standard encryption. We use Clerk for authentication, which provides secure password hashing and session management. While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences (such as language and currency), and analyze platform usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. See our Cookie Policy for more details.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can update your profile information from your dashboard. To request account deletion or a copy of your data, contact us at privacy@tradenest.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Children's Privacy
TradeNest is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of TradeNest after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
